We use your information to:
- Process and confirm bookings and payments.
- Communicate with you regarding trips (confirmations, updates, support).
- Improve our services and fix technical issues.
- Comply with legal and tax obligations (fraud prevention, record-keeping).
3. How We Store and Protect Data
- Your information is stored securely on our Ubuntu server with SSL encryption and restricted access (SSH key login only).
- Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal using their security standards.
- We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
4. Sharing of Data
We may share your information only in the following cases:
- With Stripe and PayPal to process payments.
- With drivers/partners only for details necessary to complete your ride (e.g., your name and pickup location).
- With legal authorities, if required by law.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.

- We do not use cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
- We use Umami analytics for basic, privacy-friendly website statistics. This does not identify you personally.

We keep booking information for 1 year to provide support and comply with tax/legal requirements. After this period, your personal data is deleted or anonymized.
