We use your information to:

  • Process and confirm bookings and payments.
  • Communicate with you regarding trips (confirmations, updates, support).
  • Improve our services and fix technical issues.
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations (fraud prevention, record-keeping).

3. How We Store and Protect Data

  • Your information is stored securely on our Ubuntu server with SSL encryption and restricted access (SSH key login only).
  • Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal using their security standards.
  • We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

4. Sharing of Data

We may share your information only in the following cases:

  • With Stripe and PayPal to process payments.
  • With drivers/partners only for details necessary to complete your ride (e.g., your name and pickup location).
  • With legal authorities, if required by law.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.

  • We do not use cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
  • We use Umami analytics for basic, privacy-friendly website statistics. This does not identify you personally.

We keep booking information for 1 year to provide support and comply with tax/legal requirements. After this period, your personal data is deleted or anonymized.
